FAQS
Not Quite Sure About Something?
How much is one portion?
Our portions are very generous and each portion is for one person. We don't want anyone to waste pasta if you are eating alone! All details can be found on specific dishes but on average our pastas are 170g of pasta and 180g of sauces. This may vary depending on richness of sauce. Filled pastas are 200g. All pastas also come with garnishes ranging from Parmesan cheese to truffled butter to give you the best taste.
Do you deliver Nationwide across the U.K.?
We deliver across the U.K. except for Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands.
Can I Freeze It?
Absolutely. All of our pasta dishes can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days before they’ll need to go into the freezer. Once frozen they’ll last for 3 months, locking in their flavour and maintaining their nutritional value until you’re ready. The great thing about Fresh Pasta is it doesn't need to be defrosted. You can throw the pasta straight into the boiling water. Just make sure it's on a hard boil and it will take 2-4 minutes longer than in cooking instructions. We always recommend trying before draining the boiling water. We all have different preferences on how al dente we like the pasta!
Is it really as delicious as you say?
We think so! And so do our customers. We grew up in Italy, where food is a fundamental part of our culture. We’re obsessed with authentic Italian food, which is why we wanted to bring it to the UK.
All of our ingredients and recipes are sourced from Italian producers that we know and love. We also craft pasta using just flour and water on our farm in Southern Italy. All our methods of production are traditional to keep our dishes packed full of flavour, fresh and indulgent. How does the food arrive?
Every delivery uses environmentally-friendly insulated packaging. This keeps your food safe and locks in freshness until it arrives at your doorstep.
Are there vegan and vegetarian meals?
We want as many people as possible to enjoy our dishes, which is why we’ve created vegan and vegetarian options. Take a look at each dish’s nutritional information to find out which meals are right for you.
What if I’m not home for the delivery?
Don’t worry. If you’re not home when we deliver your food, let us know where we can safely leave it. Whether that’s tucked out of sight from passers-by, or with a neighbour.
Is it really fresh pasta?
Yes it’s made every day at our restaurants. We make pasta the same exact way it’s made in Southern Italy! It’s simply flour and water as it has been made for centuries. Ever ask yourself why pasta in Italy tastes so much better? It’s all in the ingredients. We source our Flour directly from a mill that sends us fresh flour which is unprocessed straight to our kitchen. The pasta you get comes straight from our Kitchen to yours!
Is your packaging environmentally-friendly?
Yes everything is recyclable. Our cardboard box is fully recyclable and is printed using soya based ink. Our garnish pots are made from renewable sugar cane pulp. Our sauce pouches are made from renewable resources and fully recyclable raw materials. Our insulated liner is made from 100% recycled newspapers. Our gel ice packs are made of fully compostable film and gel formulation which are fully recyclable.
