Join the family in-store or online, it only takes a minute to become a Goodfella.
Every pound you spend earns you 10 Goodfella points. When you dine in, just scan your QR code at the till. If you’re ordering Kiosk or Click & Collect, use the same email linked to your Goodfella Club account at checkout and the points will land in your balance automatically. Easy come, easy points.
Yes, but only after a year. From 1st September 2025, your points balance resets twelve months after the day you joined. Don’t worry though, your tier and vouchers stay safe. Once you rise, you stay up.
Want your QR code just a tap away? Open the Goodfella portal on your phone, tap the share arrow, scroll, and hit “Add to Homescreen.” From there you can check your points, see your vouchers, and keep track of your next reward faster than we make pasta.
Open the app or your wallet pass, it’ll show exactly where you stand on the ladder: White, Black, Gold, or Godfather.
Rewards are what you can claim with your current points, like a Mini Focaccia, a Coffee, a Pasta, or a Fresco Tray. Once you redeem one, those points disappear. Tiers, on the other hand, are based on your lifetime points, which never go down. Rewards are for today. Tiers are for your legend.
Fill out the “Get to know you” form in your welcome email and we’ll send you a birthday Fresco Tray voucher on your special day, our treat. You’ll just need to have visited us at least once since signing up, and your account must be created at least 24 hours before your birthday. We may ask for proof of date of birth, just to keep things fair.
Don’t worry, Goodfella, your lifetime points have been carried over automatically. The only change is how points are now earned: the new system gives you 10 points for every £1 spent, instead of 100.
