We, two Italian friends, opened Scarpetta on Cannon Street in 2014 because we’re passionate about Italian food. We never could have imagined that, a decade later, we would have three restaurants and be so embraced by the community that all three would survive a world pandemic. As our customers have become our friends, we figured it was time for a loyalty program that reflects our thanks. You’re honorary Italians now!

FAQs

The Goodfella Club is a loyalty program. Once signed up, members can earn rewards by making purchases at Scarpetta.
Once you are a member, you can earn points after every purchase at Scarpetta and progress through tiers. Points cannot be converted into cash. As you progress through the tiers, you receive vouchers for free goods. Vouchers cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. Vouchers are redeemed at the till.

Make a purchase in-store at any Scarpetta restaurant, and present your loyalty card to our staff when paying. You receive 100 points per £1 spent.
Your account does not need to be verified to collect points, only to redeem them.

Points cannot be “spent” and have no monetary value. However, at point milestones, you receive reward vouchers. They are one-time use vouchers and strictly limited to one voucher per customer per milestone. Our team retain the right to refuse service if multiple vouchers have been created on different email addresses. The rewards can be claimed when you dine-in at one of our restaurants. You must verify your email address on the app before you can redeem any vouchers. If your account has not been verified, you can head to https://scarpetta.5loyalty.com to do so, and proceed to the “My Account” section on the web app. Once all required fields are complete, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided. Click the “Verify Account” button to verify your email. Terms and Conditions apply for each reward. Sepcific terms can be found for each reward when you unlock them via the App. Rewards can only be applied at the till at the time of your visit. We will not be able to apply rewards retrospectively, so please make sure you remember to log in to the App and show the reward to our staff before paying. Rewards cannot be used more than once. Vouchers have a 60 day expiration date after issue, except for the final reward, The “Il Padrino Card”, which lasts a minimum of 6 months. Goodfella account activity will be monitored, and we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account in the event of any suspected fraud or abuse of the scheme. Any single device may only have a maximum of two registered Scarpetta accounts, and accounts may not be shared by multiple people or downloaded onto multiple devices.

Just go to ‘Loyalty’ and press the ‘Add to Google Wallet’ or ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ and it will add the QR code directly to your wallet for easier access.

The White Tier – Members begin on this tier upon signing up. Rewards include free pasta!
The Black Tier – Reached at 27000 points. Rewards include free drinks!
The Gold Tier – Reached at 57000 points. Rewards include a free meal, and the Padrino card!

The Padrino card is our way of thanking our regular customers for all their support. It gives you 15% off your total bill, every single visit, whether it be a quick breakfast coffee, or a sit down dinner with friends.
The card is valid for 6 months. However, once you reach the Padrino card, your points balance resets, so while you use your 15% off card, you will again be climbing the tiers. So by the time your 6 months are up, you could very well already have extended your Padrino card, or be very close to getting it back. (No, sadly you cannot have two Padrino cards at the same time. Your new one will extend your old one.)

If you have a few rewards about to expire, tell the Scarpetta team member at the till which rewards you’d like to redeem, and we may be able to process them in separate transactions.
