How can I change the products in my subscription?
Visit your account, click on Manage Next Order on the left and you can edit or add new products to your weekly box.
How can I change the frequency of my pasta subscription?
Our subscription is weekly, so you can have fresh pasta for lunch or dinner. If you want to change your delivery date, simply click on the 'Delivery Schedule' and you can either skip a delivery or change when your payment is processed. You order will be pack and sent with Next Day Delivery the day your payment goes through.
- WEEKDAY: If you're payment is scheduled on Thursday, your fresh pasta will arrive on Friday!
- WEEKEND: If your payment is scheduled on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be sent on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Can I have multiple subscriptions and send pasta to friends or family?
Yes. Login to your account and click on 'Manage Next Order'. If you have multiple subscriptions, they will be listed here.
How can I change delivery address?
Click on 'Manage Next Order' and you will see the delivery address associated to that subscription. Click 'Edit' beside that address to update.
How can I pause or cancel my subscription?
If you want to cancel your pasta subscription, simply click 'cancel' button on the Delivery Schedule section of your account. You will need to cancel each product individually.
