Pecorino from the Colline Pescaresi in Abruzzo is of the finest regional examples of the variety. The grape’s naturally high acidity produces a finished wine with medium body, subtle herbal undertones and a crisp finish. Plenty of lemon & chopped thyme, then you get pears, apples & lime.
