Arrabbiata, meaning ‘angry’ in Italian, is a classic dish from Southern Italy. Its fiery red chilli sauce is intensely rich and devilishly moreish. Our chillies are homemade following a traditional Southern Italian recipe, soaking them for days in olive oil.
We love keeping things authentic, which is why we serve our Arrabbiata with Bucatini pasta. This hollow spaghetti combines that comforting carb hit with a sauce-filled centre.
Our Bucatini are made with just flour and water making this a great vegan pasta dish.
