Scamorza is a uniquely stringy cheese from Southern Italy. And it's one of our favourites. The cheese itself has a distinctive pear shape, due to the way it's hung and matured.
We serve Scamorza the way it should be served: warm and melted. This dish is topped with crispy guanciale and pistachio crumbs for that professional restaurant finish. Don't tell anyone it took under 10 minutes.
Note: Consume the Guanciale within three days of arrival. Scamorza by date on package.
