Northern and southern Italy come together in this deliciously smokey dish. Each Tortelloni is filled with Speck - a cured and lightly smoked ham from South Tyrol in Northeast Italy, and Scamorza - one of our favourite smoked cheeses from Southern Italy.
This one packs a punch, with a garnish of crumbled pistachio and our 24 month aged Parmesan.
