Arrabbiata, meaning ‘angry’ in Italian, is a classic dish from Southern Italy. Its fiery red chilli sauce is intensely rich and devilishly moreish. Our chillies are homemade following a traditional recipe, soaking them for days in olive oil.
This dish is served with our Bucatini pasta, a hollow spaghetti that combines that comforting carb hit with a sauce-filled centre.
